Diced homemade cheesecake with drizzles of almond cluster and blueberries on top of frozen yogurt? Be still my beating heart.

-->this cup o' joy is the Baker's Hat. ..and this one made me feel proud of my newfound dessert. it looks and tastes so delightful and yummy! made my tummy real happy. ^_^

I stumbled upon one of their branches in makati (rustan's supermarket). I'm afraid i might end up feeling deprived if I don't get to try it and have another healthy dose of fro-yo from White Hat!

--> my healthy dose of frozen yogurt @ White Hat! I finally got to try it after tasting the fro-yo at red mango in Greenbelt...

I got the baker's hat combo...the fancy toppings are blueberries, almond clusters and homemade cheesecake. I absolutely love it! the yogurt itself is light and has a smooth mouthfeel. The blueberries gave it a fresh and fruity punch, the almond clusters provided some crunch, and the homemade cheesecake added some richness and creaminess.

Not only was it a thing of beauty, but it was light and satisfying enough to quell my craving without making me feel as though I’d made a porker out of myself! It's not too sweet nor tangy. Though seeing all those flavored drizzles of syrup can make it a bit too sweet and can spoil the essence of its being a 98% fat free dessert. Well, I love love red mango's green tea but I think White Hat's green tea fro-yo fares better. Their original is way better though than red mango's original fro-yo. Just my $0.02 =D

They also gave out loyalty cards. Buy 9, get one free regular-sized fro-yo. It also has take-out tubs where you can get “three for the price of two” at P175. yeah! “Top Hat,” “Baker’s Hat,” “Salakot” and many other edible variations of headwear. I got the Baker's Hat! It felt like a cool mid-day well spent on snacks.

Like red mango, they have excellent service, feels like the most customer-friendly fro-yo place in town. It is an expensive commodity though wherein a big fro-yo combo sells for P150, and a small one for P120. If you don’t like any of their set combos, you can buy just the frozen yogurt and pay P85 for a small 4oz cup and P115 for the larger 6 oz cup. Two toppings cost P35. Hmmm.. for the love fro-yo, not bad!

I couldn't get the white hat fro-yo off my head.

Well, I went to Greenbelt with my baby girl just because we are extremely bored and thought that a good solution for our boredom would be a bowl of fresh Red Mango frozen yogurt, original flavor, plain, in the amount of what a small size would be in stores. It’s as creamy as gelato but not nearly as icy as other yogurts I've tried.

But the taste? Well, let me say this. I’m actually a fan of frozen yogurt. A very big fan. I find it to be delicious, healthy and refreshing without being disgustingly full after I’m done eating it. The taste is a little tart, but still better than most other frozen yogurts. But that said, Red Mango is even better. It’s a bit tart, but not overly tart at all. You can add toppings on your yogurt. As for toppings, they’ll include granola, nuts, fresh fruits, cereals, chocolate chips and the like. Just add PhP20 for 1 topping, PhP30 for 2 toppings and PhP40 for 3 toppings. Green tea yogurt is a bit more expensive than the plain yogurt but it's all worth it. I heart the green tea more than the plain yogurt.

With Red Mango, that overly sour tart flavor is much less. Hardly noticeable. What is noticeable, however, is the creaminess of the yogurt. If you’ve had gelato, you know what I mean. Although it does come out of a high tech soft-serve machine, it tastes like it was just whipped up in the back of the store. No after taste is left, and you don’t feel like you’ve just had a bowl of ice cream when you’re done. I also paired it with Chimara's tofu chips. I almost always grab some MSG-free seasoned Tofu Chips from Chimara whenever I go in GB3. I love the greaseless crunch and tangy flavor of their sour cream n' chives Tofu Chips. They're thicker than potato chips so they're more satisfying.

2 thumbs up for these 2 yummy food 3ps!!!
